A prominent issue at the Sept. 8 public hearing was the city's request that the Miller Farms/Estates at Miller Farms developments be tied into a looping water main rather than leaving more than 750 dwelling units and Canal Winchester Middle School on a dead-end line. Planning & Zoning Administrator Andrew Moore said, “It would be over 750 units plus the Canal Winchester Middle School that would be on a dead-end water line.”
