Commissioner James Shook moved and Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer seconded approval for Wayne County to sponsor an application for a Congressionally‑approved Community Project Fund allocation to support a Worker Housing Project, submitted on behalf of the Settlers Cares Foundation/Settlers Group Holding. The motion passed unanimously.
