Chairman Jerry Zieg moved the board into an executive session to discuss zoning issues at 8:13 p.m.; Trustee Lance Breitkreutz seconded and the motion passed 5–0. The board reconvened in open session at 8:48 p.m. after a unanimous motion to end executive session.
