The Juab County Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit for the Nebo North LLC data center at its April 15 meeting in Nephi, passing the motion 4–1. Commissioner Mike Kramer moved approval with four conditions; Commissioner Steven Bunker seconded. Commissioners Shirl Nichols, Steven Bunker, Mike Kramer and Chris Memmott voted in favor; Commissioner Marc Rowley opposed.
