Commissioners approved a slate of minor land-development and subdivision items after staff presentations and questions about water and frontage rules. Speaker 6 described each proposal; motions were made and seconded for the Haas family split, Dodge Taylor (Meyerland) two-lot split, the David Lewis/Gilbert division on 4800 South, and the Little Mountain subdivision amendment reducing lots from six to four. Each motion carried on voice votes.
