The Town Board on June 10 approved a sole-source procurement with Precision Trenches to perform proprietary lining and rehabilitation of a sewer pump station pit, finding the vendor is the only provider with the necessary equipment and process. The resolution caps the cost at $7,956 and amends Sewer District 2 capital outlay SS2 522.8120.2 by $7,956, funded from fund balance (SS2 599).
