The Epworth City Council advanced and adopted changes to the city's Abandoned Motor Vehicles code during its May 27 meeting. Councilmember Dan Wilgenbusch moved approval of the first reading; the council then voted to waive the second and third readings and later adopted the amendment, with all motions passing 4-0.
