Board approves multiple plats and a developer completion guarantee
The board accepted a letter of credit as a completion guarantee for Cottonwood Creek 5th Plat and reapproved final plats for Cottonwood Creek 5th and Westwood North 1st plats so recording can proceed; votes were unanimous.

Staff told the board Deer Valley, the developer for Cottonwood Creek 5th Plat, had completed most public improvements but had remaining trail, landscaping and sidewalk work; the developer will post a performance-guarantee letter of credit to allow the plat to be recorded and building permits to be pulled. Planning and zoning recommended approval and the board unanimously approved the ordinance accepting the letter of credit.
