Chief of Planning David Compton updated the commission on two projects. He said the Castle on Diablo Road has filed a preliminary application under SB 330; applicants have 120 days to submit a formal application, and once a formal application is filed the town will be on the 90-day review clock that includes up to five public hearings. Compton said the timing depends on when the formal application is submitted.
