Ollie, chair of the Arts Commission, presented a proposed 8-foot pole artwork that will feature the phrase “May peace prevail on earth” in English, Spanish and Norwegian and asked the council to approve siting in the northwest corner of Case Park. "I'm Ollie. I'm Ollie. Chair of the Arts Commission," Ollie told the council and described the pole's dimensions and placement.
