Panel asks to add caseworker training modules and utilization metrics
Members asked that administration metrics include training modules for caseworkers plus utilization (how many caseworkers use training), to make clear whether staff receive the supports needed to meet practice expectations.

During review of the administration page, participants flagged a missing performance indicator: tracking training modules for caseworkers and measuring utilization of those modules. The proposed change was to add 'training modules' as item 6.D under administration and include utilization rates so the dashboard shows both availability and uptake of training across offices.
