The Dakota County Board of Equalization approved clerical tax-list corrections submitted by County Assessor Christy Abts, including a correction listed for parcel #10103 (owner Randy Howard, parcel id 220274901) related to a 2025 federal depreciation schedule. Board Member Hohenstein moved to approve the correction requests and Board Member Reed seconded; the motion carried with Reed and Hohenstein recorded as voting yes and Rodriguez absent.
