Senator Kushner asked the workgroup to include historical staffing data on the Department of Children and Families’ (DCF) proposed public outcomes dashboard so users can compare current numbers with pre-2017 levels, when agencies experienced major staffing reductions. "I was just suggesting that having historical data there would be helpful," Senator Kushner said, adding that such context would clarify whether current trends reflect policy changes or other factors.
