Council approved claims to be paid for the Feb. 28–Mar. 13, 2026 period (transcript records the amount as "$863,8656" which appears garbled) and approved a package of routine resolutions. Business included declaring replaced staff cell phones surplus under Ordinance 2906 (estimated resale value ~$50), approval of resolution 6684 to authorize bidding on the Charles Street Park parking-lot project, approval of a service agreement for asset-condition maintenance (resolution 6686) and a calibration/maintenance contract for treatment-plant equipment (resolution 6687). The council also approved Resolution 6685 for the Memorial Day parade, reappointed a member to the SMTV board (6690), and appointed two FOIA officers (6691).
