Perinton agreed to move forward with design work to replace the aging retractable walls in the large community room at the Community Center. Staff presented a proposal from L Monaco Architecture to develop design options, electrical engineering cost estimates, bid documents and bid review for a design fee quoted at $19,200; staff recommended authorization not to exceed $21,000.
