Perinton board approves pay increase for digital media coordinator
The Perinton Town Board approved a salary increase for digital media coordinator Scott Diamond, raising annual pay from $62,693 to $71,188 and reallocating existing funds; the board said the change reflects an expanded role supporting recreation and parks and will not increase the town's 2026 budget.

Perinton Supervisor Jen Townsen announced a staff recommendation to adjust the digital media coordinator salary to better align compensation with the position’s expanded duties. "This position was originally established to provide centralized communication support across town departments," Townsen said, noting much of the work now supports recreation and parks.
