The Chair moved that the Fort Lupton City Council hold an executive session on 06/02/2026 to consider "the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real personal or other property pursuant to" state statute, and the motion named the council members and staff who would participate. The Chair read the list of participants who would attend the executive session, including Mayor Pro Tem Claude Haynes; council members Claxton, Crespin, Sanchez, Fitzgerald and Davis; city attorney Andy Osmos; city administrator Chris Cross; finance director Leon Perino; and planning director Tom Hodges.
