Two residents used the public‑comment period to press the board over neighborhood road work and town communications. Brandon Sabbert said he was not contacted before crews began work and was surprised to be asked to cover a substantial share of repair costs on short notice. "I still haven't had any word as of today... where I'm at with a budget of how much money I need to come up with," he said.
