Staff reported that the Geese (Geeseon) Lot RFQ will be published on Friday and that the current document asks developers to submit qualifications and examples of prior downtown-scale mixed-use projects rather than detailed design proposals. The stated goal is to find developers experienced in pedestrian-level, two- to three-story downtown work rather than large-scale commercial developers.
