The Clallam County Board of Commissioners briefly returned to open session after an initial executive session and approved two extensions that kept the meeting closed to the public. Commissioner Mark Ozias proposed a 15-minute extension "which would put us back on the record at 01:18PM," a motion seconded and carried by voice vote.
