EMA director reports probable EF1 winds; sirens sounded countywide during event
EMA Director Brian Smith said straight-line winds likely to be classed EF1 caused minimal structural damage to a few homes and loss of a barn; he also reported sirens activated countywide and investigators will determine whether human or technical error caused the broad activation.
