Geneva County Commission backs ACCA resolution defending SSUT revenue

The Geneva County Commission voted unanimously on Aug. 25 to adopt a resolution from the Alabama Association of County Commissions urging the state Legislature to oppose any changes to the Alabama Simplified Sellers Use Tax (SSUT).
