Court approves interlocal agreements, BAA, FirstNet service and mutual-aid pact
The Commissioners Court approved multiple interlocal agreements for radio/dispatch services with local police and fire agencies, a business-associate agreement with Vivid GovTech for a Salesforce PHI implementation, FirstNet wireless for a constable precinct and a mutual-aid agreement with Louisville.

The Sept. 22 meeting included several items related to interlocal cooperation and technology agreements. The court approved FY2026–27 interlocal agreements allowing multiple municipal police and fire agencies to use the Denton County radio communications system and approved a subscriber agreement renewal with West Publishing (a Thomson Reuters business) for Clear ProFlex database access for 36 months.
