The commissioners voted to approve purchase of the Guadalupe River Ranch property at 614 FM 474 in Boerne with Prop A funding and then adopted a resolution authorizing Commissioner Chapman to execute closing documents on behalf of Kendall County. The initial motion and the subsequent resolution were recorded as passing by a 4–0 vote with one judge absent.
