The board discussed logistics for the 2026 holiday Sip & Stroll and broadly endorsed a retro ski‑lodge theme for the Dec. 11 event. Speaker 2 said consultants John and Rebecca Hatch (TADC) will assist with permitting and vendor coordination and hoped to provide guidance by next week.
