Community center construction on schedule; council approves pay request No. 3
City staff reported the Dilworth community center project is progressing (backfill, masonry and under‑slab work done; pre‑cast scheduled), and council approved pay request No. 3 by motion after staff said there were no change orders this month.

Dan, the project representative, told the council that foundations and backfill are complete, masons have started vertical block walls and that the contractor plans to set pre‑cast elements for the mezzanine the following Monday. "I think we're right on schedule," Dan said when asked about the timeline.
