The council considered Ordinance 09211b, an update to the town's tree-regulation code (revising the set of standards codified previously in sections 99.01–99.39, originally adopted in 2004). The town attorney explained the update sets more specific standards about residents' rights and responsibilities and modernizes the prior code.
