Council voted to designate the second Wednesday of each month as the city’s recurring senior-citizen program after a report on a small but engaged initial senior brunch and meet-and-greet. City Administrator Yolanda Moran said attendees expressed interest in recurring social activities, health-and-wellness programming, and opportunities for transportation and assistance referrals.
