The Town of Washington Planning Board voted to schedule a public hearing on Oct. 6 for the Bachman application seeking a special permit for accessory residential housing. Board members reported the applicants have obtained variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals and that the consultant review (AKRF) raised no outstanding issues.
