The Barnes Housing Trust Fund Commission approved two contract amendments for Via Helping Hand Foundation, both from round 10. Staff said the grantee has four donated properties on Robertson Street being combined into a site plan (exhibit q) and that construction has started; staff recommended a 12-month extension because the grantee needs additional time to finish the project.
