The Perkins County Board of Commissioners on Sept. 8 voted to declare the courthouse ShoreTel phone system obsolete and approved disposal. Commissioner Steven Tucker made the motion and Chairman Darin Robertson seconded; the recorded roll-call vote showed Tucker and Robertson voting aye and Commissioner Mark Bottom absent.
