Carroll County Board approves multiple updates to building and zoning codes
The Carroll County Board adopted amendments to Chapter 360 (building regulations) and Chapter 700 (zoning), set a new building and zoning fee schedule, and adopted Chapters 755, 760 and 765 on July 23, 2026. All measures passed unanimously by voice vote.
