The Colfax County Board of Commissioners on Sept. 22 awarded Project C19(573) to Cech Excavating for a total contract price of $198,822. Commissioners reviewed bids from ten companies and recorded the board action as: "Motion Grotelueschen; second Mejstrik to award the bid to Cech Excavating with the total cost of $198,822.00." The motion passed unanimously.
