The board approved multiple conditional use permits for land splits (Wiebelhaus, Gubbels, Fischer, Kinkaid, Wiepen) and accepted building permits for a grain leg, a shouse and a residence with garage. One applicant’s acreage was noted as awaiting DOT figures.

Zoning Administrator Tim Gobel presented a slate of conditional use permits and building permits, which the board approved on Aug. 11 by a single motion. The conditional use permits included Julie Wiebelhaus (splitting off 5.71 acres and 8.35 acres), Marsha Gubbels (5.0 acres), Jessica Fischer (6.5 acres), Skyles Kinkaid (acreage pending DOT figures), and Kyle Wiepen (5.0 acres). Commissioner David McGregor moved to approve all listed conditional use permits and Commissioner Mike Meier seconded; the motion carried 3–0.
