Planning staff informed the board that Bill Renaud, the town engineer, was not ready to present the A&R plan for 94 Butler Ave at the Sept. 22 meeting and will present on Oct. 13 instead. Staff said they will make sure the plan is sent to board members in advance of that meeting.
