Commissioners authorize WPCLF-funded septic system contract with Rocky Edge Excavating
The board approved Resolution #618-26 to authorize a contract with Rocky Edge Excavating LLC for a home sewage treatment system under WPCLF project HS 390032-0011-2026-01, with a maximum cost not to exceed $27,950 paid entirely by the WPCLF grant.

At the Sept. 17 meeting Justin Kahle presented Resolution #618-26, asking the board to authorize a contract with Rocky Edge Excavating LLC for design and installation of a home sewage treatment system under Hancock County WPCLF project HS 390032-0011-2026-01. Justin stated the project cost "is not to exceed $27,950.00" and that "one hundred percent of the project cost is paid by the WPCLF grant." The commissioners moved and seconded the resolution and approved it 3-0.
