Council declines to commit funds for half-hour MATBUS service without ridership analysis

Council discussed a request from Moorhead and MATBUS about moving from hourly to half-hour service. Perry told council the status-quo local share is about $37,914; a shift to half-hourly service would raise the local cost to about $90,000, a roughly $52,817 increase to be considered in the budget process.
