Craig Dimmick, chair of the Carroll County Senior Services Board, presented the Senior Services/Transit budget request of $132,000 for FY2026–27 and provided a letter, proposed budget and service summaries for Jan.–Dec. 2025 and Jan.–July 2026. The packet materials were included for board review; County Administrator Bob Jachnicki had earlier framed these presentations as informational and said formal decisions would come later in the budget process.
