Early in the meeting the council considered a request to allow two members—Bill and Darrel—to participate remotely. A motion was made and seconded and the clerk called the roll; Shannon Derby, Doug Brandt, Tim Petri, Katherine Dalkie, Scott Stueck Messer, Adam Wachowski and Mark Bittner each recorded an "Aye." The chair announced the motion carried.
