The council approved noise-ordinance waivers for Whiskey and Two Rivers for two separate dates—July 18 and Aug. 29—allowing a maximum noise level of 75 dB until 11 p.m. for each event. The motion was moved and seconded during the July 13 special meeting and passed without recorded opposition.
