The Lodi Unified board voted to adopt a five-year strategic plan titled "Power Next Chapter." Staff presented both the full plan and a shorter version for the community. Several board members praised the community input embedded in the plan, while at least one board member said they were disappointed by the process and that clearer metrics and more board input would be preferable.
