The Andover Zoning Board of Adjustment approved requested changes to a major subdivision permit for property owned by Norman W. and Pauline G. Wengerd at its Jan. 6, 2026 meeting. The warned public hearing opened at 6:05 PM with Chuck Hale representing the applicants; no members of the public offered comment and the hearing was adjourned at 6:08 PM.
