The Board of Trustees reviewed and approved multiple bill-payment bundles and payroll liabilities during the May 19 meeting. General Account items included purchases and services (examples in the minutes: Prospective Business Solutions auditors $4,200; Shums Coda Consulting building inspection $3,450) and payroll liabilities for town staff. Mayor Duke Gerber moved to approve the General Account bill pay; Trustee Ben Kleimer seconded and the motion was recorded as unanimously approved.
