Township Manager Joseph Hillan told the board that BH&W, the township's third-party zoning officer, issued a series of zoning permits on Aug. 10 for developments that included closed-loop data-center structures and gas generation facilities in both mixed-use and industrial zones. Hillan said the township has only the permit list to provide at this time and that projects will be subject to the township land-development ordinance and public review processes as applications progress.
