Board approves special-use permit for 50-person event venue on Tanners Ridge with conditions

The Page County Board of Supervisors approved a special-use permit on Aug. 17 allowing Flourish Real Estate LLC (lessee Jon Copper) to operate a banquet/event facility at 3434 Tanners Ridge Road (tax map 100-(A)-6 and an adjacent parcel 100-(A)-5). Zoning Administrator Tracy Clatterbuck told the Board the application, received May 29, 2025, is grandfathered under prior ordinance language; the Planning Commission recommended approval (5-0). The permit limits occupancy to 50 persons, prohibits future expansion without a new permit, and will remain with the property for 40 years.
