Clay County Emergency Manager Haley Malone presented a resolution to adopt the Clay County Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP). Supervisor Richard Shaw moved and Supervisor Scott Bitterman seconded a motion to approve and adopt Resolution #2026-16. The motion passed on a roll call vote with all seven supervisors voting aye.
