Court amends Crossroads Defenders interlocal to add Goliad County
Victoria County approved an amended interlocal agreement to add Goliad County to the Crossroads Defenders conflict program; staff estimated the addition would cover about 30 conflict cases per year and noted a $71,402 indigent defense grant will support the program.

The commissioners approved an amendment to the Crossroads Defenders interlocal agreement to add Goliad County for indigent defense conflict-case representation. County staff (Alisa) said the amendment adds Goliad to the conflict program and that the county would handle about 30 conflict cases per year for the jurisdiction.
