Jocelyn Ensley reported that Element Engineering recommended pursuing a DOLA grant to fund an engineering report for the Sewer Main CIP but that USDA representatives said no grant funding is currently available and that 2027 availability won't be known until October 2026. Element estimated the engineering report would cost $12,500 in total.
