Resident updates Rye trustees on four-home project at 6015 Oak St.

Resident Shelly Beierle told the Board the four homes being built at 6015 Oak St. will be the final development on that parcel and that a site revision moving the homes to the south side improves access for plows, emergency vehicles and resident parking. She presented an updated map and said the plan allows two vehicles per home on the side rather than in front.
