Pueblo County Planning & Development staff introduced a new Building Division to the Town of Rye Board of Trustees, saying the unit launched in January 2026 to help unincorporated and outlying towns with permitting, coding and inspections. Mayor Marty Rahl invited the team to explain how an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) might work for the Town.
